Please dont order from here I had a issue with my order the beef szechuan style it was absolutely disgusting sauce was watery and gooey the whole thing was inedible and had to call multiple times before and didnt even get a refund as they say they dont offer them and it's my problem i had to argue to just get another item absolutely disgusting customer service and worse food genuinely the worst food and experience I've ever had

I don't normally waist 10 minutes of my time to complain publicly about things. But IV just received a delivery of food for 3 adults and have to say I am deeply disappointed with the quality of food, I normally eat in the Royal kitchen, and clearly there level of standards are much much higher. Food had little ingredients and lacked tast. Very disappointed indeed and safe to say will not be using going forward.

Hour wait despite phoning it through. Completely ignore you. No apologies for the wait. Ill let you know what it takes like!! The chicken chow main was dry!
