Well where do we start Buying a vehicle from this garage has been the worst car buying experience Ive ever encountered and would certainly NOT recommend them at all to anybody. Firstly, we were seriously messed around with the delivery of the car, we received excuse after excuse until eventually the car was delivered after 2 weeks of waiting. The vehicle was delivered with the incorrect part of the V5 log book which made it a hassle to tax and also assign a personalised registration. A day after delivery of the car we noticed that the pressures on 3 of the alloy wheels were very low and after correct inflation they went down again within a matter of days. We took the car to a local garage to investigate as we suspected that slow punctures were to blame. Low and behold the garage were unable to remove the wheels off the car due to damaged locking wheel nuts, which in the end, resulted in having to get a mobile specialist to remove all 4 of them at a cost of 90! - the dealer did in fact contribute 50 towards the cost of this, but in all fairness should of paid the full amount. At the same time, the local garage advised us of the appalling condition of the rear brake disks, they were badly worn and one was also cracked! What added insult to injury is that the car had just had a 12 Month MOT prior to delivery, we were advised that the car should have never passed the MOT due to the condition of the brake disks. They werent even highlighted as an advisory item!!! We have had to buy replacement brake disk and pads in order to rectify this and at a further cost of 260 When the deflating wheels and tyres were inspected, the cause of the constant deflation was discovered, it wasnt the fact that they had slow punctures at all, the cause was due to 3 of the 4 wheels were cracked on the rim resulting in slow loss of air. The alloy wheels also show signs of being welded in the past due to previous cracks. Also during this investigation of air loss, the 2 front tyres were also deemed illegal and should have never have passed the MOT either, the inside edge of the tyres was completely bald with no tread. Again, the cost of replacing the 2 tyres was 338!!! We are absolutely mortified that such issues and added expense exist after spending 11995 on this car from what we thought was a reputable dealer, and we certainly didnt expect to have to pay out all this money to make the car useable. The issue still remains with the cracked alloy wheels and we are having to seek legal advice as to where we go next in relation to getting a satisfactory resolution. This has been our honest and genuine review of this dealer and unfortunately on this occasion we cannot recommend them due to the issues mentioned and our poor buying experience.

Penybanc is the closest car sales to my home. I have bought 2 cars here previously and they have been reliable and reasonably inexpensive. I visited 2 weeks ago to search for my next car, after finding the car I wanted the hire purchase rates offered here were prohibitively expensive, so sorry Penybanc I have just purchased my new car elsewhere 5% less interest. No brainer!

Wouldnt even give this 1 star My partner purchased a car from Pennybanc Car Centre last month. We initially drove 2 hours to collect my new car only to then have a phone call to say it wasnt ready yet and to drive back home. Me and my partner were due to go away and it was agreed the new car would be delivered upon our return. The new car was then delayed again due to a suspension related issue which they agreed to fix but couldnt guarantee a day despite stressing I use my car for work. My car eventually arrived 3 days later- delivery driver had no service history or proof of suspension related work and water pump/timing belt being completed as requested- multiple paint related markings to the chair which werent stipulated in the original advert- advised to contact the garage the following day- garage agreed to post all relevant documents and to contact Land Rover for a touch up pen which were more than happy with. 4 weeks later we still have no paperwork, no touch up pen, and are now covering a bill for faulty parking sensors which again werent stipulated as broken. My partner has had multiple dealings with the garage over the last few weeks- customer service has been disgraceful from both staff and management- swearing at him down the phone, shouting, and stating were p***ing him off- initially agreeing to cover work, then only certain parts, now not responding to messages, just abusive phone calls. We will now be taking this further as we have spent 100s of pounds to repair the parking sensors to ensure the car works to the correct standards as outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015- after giving the garage multiple opportunities to repair!!!. Pennybanc Car Sales you are a disgrace.
