( best described as the one with a fake tan and an 80s styled piercing ) We were told in a rude obnoxious manner that we could not be served at last orders cos we hadn't been drinking there all evening ! SERIOUSLY what the hell is that about????Dear God we only walked through the grotty doors cos friends had gone in ...... if id known what a dump it was these days I would never have called in.
Just a suggestion.....Customer service training ......might be worth accessing ?
