Sail Loft Cafe

Very disappointing, extremely limited offering, we had to settle for tea and coffee. The coffee was poor, the tea came in a dirty cup with what appeared to be lip stains on the rim. The milk jug had dirt on the rim and had obviously been refilled without being properly washed. Both teaspoons were severely tea stained and had not been cleaned for a long time. Bearing in mind the current situation with covid, extra care should be taken by anyone serving food and drink to the public, a lesson needs to be learned by this establishment. Also the prices were very much inflated.

A gem of a cafe. Wonderful staff offering a warm welcome and there is an extensive menu. Just right after a long walk.

Excellent beverages and selection of sandwiches, all thoughtfully package for ease of eating or taking away. Staff were helpful and very Covid aware. Lovely decoration on one wall showing the port. Visited on a wet day but plenty of appropriate spaced seating and must be fabulous outside on a sunny day, again plenty of places to sit. Highly recommend a visit.
