Cambrian Tyres Ltd

I have been using these guys for some three years now for motorcycle tyres required in our ever growing MOT and service centre. Up until now I can not fault the service received from Cambrian themselves. There has been a couple of issues where the tyre has not arrived next day but that is understandable and the service offered is "non guaranteed next day" however on this more recent occasion we have waited a week for a tyre for a customer. We have been getting excuses such as the driver has run out of hours and will not be dropping off the tyre which I feel is a poor service. The end of line customer (our customer) has now been off the road for a week meaning he is unable to work being a courier driver. We approached Cambrian once the tyre arrived to see what could be done to apologise to the customer in the way of a refund or even partial bearing in mind they are the suppliers of the shipping system but all they where prepared to do was refund the carriage charge which I feel is very inconsiderate towards our customer. We ourselves the smaller company have taken a loss on this occasion letting the customer have the tyre FOC to try and express our apologies.
