AVOID. They sold me a 16-month-old car, which I subsequently found had had 6, yes 6 previous owners before me and had replica VW-Style alloys rather the OEM-VW wheels. Whilst I dont think they knew due to shoddy VW pre-sale checks, they did nothing to fix the problem for me other than get their solicitor to send me a very weak but threatening letter saying I would lose any legal action with them. AVOID.

Purchased a showroom car at around 630 miles at point of purchase. Hasn't even been a year yet and part bodywork chipped/fallen off, window switches stopped working and the undertray has broken off dragging against the floor. I've never crashed, hit anything or bumped the car. drive majority main road s daily to and from work and within the agreed upon milage for the year. They refused to do the work under warranty. 1) they said there nothing they can do about the body work but i would be at fault over that if I were to hand the car back at end of contract.( I was expecting to pay for body work repair) 2) they reset the window switches time will tell if it has fixed them 3) Rather than fixing or replacing the undertray they decided to cut it off and charge 70.80 for the labor of it something I could of done and avoided doing due to car being under warranty. I will never be purchasing a vehicle at this business again they didn't honor the warranty and for the sake of 70 they be losing out on any future sales as I was going to start shopping for pickup truck once the wife had finally gotten her driving license.
