Brandon Hire Station Aberystwyth

Very slow to refunding deposit, had to chase. Funny when you pay its taken instantly but takes a week to refund. Why does it take 14 days to refund? Its a payment which when its made should be the same as paying you an instant transaction. Which other companies manage to do. This is the first and last time I will be using your company as I don't like being taken for a ride and ripped off by you hanging on to my money paid as a deposit.

Collection driver was very unprofessional. Made no attempt to make contact with me. Once I had got down off the roof to greet the driver ( which had taken approx 4 minutes to do) I was 3 feet from his window and he drove off. This action will not benefit him as tomorrow he will now need to collect the load with no help from our team. Driver returned to rectify situation (saving grace of the office team I believe)

This branch is absolutely outstanding. They have modified a cable & adaptor for us, enabling us to continue with our construction work on site. This is above and beyond customer service. Big Thank You to the guys at Brandon Hire @ Aberystwyth

We had a good experience here. The office was helpful in choosing an access tower, the cost for the rental and delivery was affordable and the tower itself felt very safe and stable.
