Snake Room Urban Axe Throwing Aberystwyth

Serious problem! My daughter booked for 5 people, but the address was closed when arriving. There was another group waiting as well. The telephone appeared not to be functioning. It appeared messy inside. We went for a coffee across the road. An hour s later still closed. Business issues? Why was a prepayment accepted, if there was no plan to open? No note on the door either. Not good.

I tend to only leave reviews when I have had a bad experience as I lean towards the (cynical) view that good customer service should be expected, as businesses don't do things for free and should provide excellent service. It is the same reason I don't thank everyone I walk by in the street for not knocking me to the ground and giving me a thorough kicking!!! However in this instance there simply aren't enough superlatives in the dictionary for this establishment and its employees. Been in five times, once to enquire, twice to book and twice to throw, and each time found a warm, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with friendly, fun and patient staff. Top marks; cheap at twice the price; will definitely be making further visits.

Family of 4 and we had a fantastic experience. The staff were warm and welcoming and excellent coaches. Highly recommend!!!
