If youre looking for a company to help you complete the 3 peaks challenge, Id look elsewhere. This company really ruined our groups experience and changed my mindset meaning we couldnt complete it. They were moody, didnt smile once and looked like they didnt want to be there. Below are the main issues I had: 1. the staff were incredibly rude. They were not motivational, did not boost our morale and none of them had a sense of humour. I asked to get my suitcase out as I needed a personal item, and the driver was like No, Im on a break. Id advise if you do use this company, to put everything you need for the journeys in between in plastic bags on floor near your feet as they limit your access to bags. They dont tell you this before in any of the emails. 2. My partner and I were not quite up to keeping up with the 2nd group but were faster than the slow group as they described us. They held us back meaning we didnt even manage to summit the first mountain. Not exactly fair. Then the second mountain, he said to us, you wont summit this so I turned around and didnt bother trying. They arent very good at encouraging you on 3. The hot breakfast is a disgusting porridge made with water. When you pay 369 each, youd expect them to at least make it with milk or give you a sausage/bacon roll. They then had half a packet of dried cranberries and banana chips for you to add which didnt make it any better. We took plenty of snacks. Cereal bars, pasta etc but by 10pm on the first night, I wanted proper food rather than gruel. They take you to a services for a food stop but all they had was a costa with hardly anything in and a shop where a sandwich was 3.49. So I didnt buy anything. They could at least take you to a services where there is some hot food to choose from. They keep going on about the time but even being stringent with the amount of time up and down and no traffic jams, youll never do it in 24 hours. So they could make a detour to a better place. 4. As above, they say 24hr challenge but its not, we had a fast group who, with driving, did it in 26 hours as we didnt finish until 10. They add 11 hours driving time but its much more than that. All in all, Id look at other companies. Whilst on the challenge I found another company and the review said the driver was smiling and laughing and joking that must have been nice!! Were going to go back as a group and do each mountain separately so we can at least say weve summited them, its just a shame this company cant have encouraged and supported those struggling like they are paid to do.

From the moment the staff met us at the airport they were abrupt and unfriendly. We had travelled over lunch and it was the day before our challenge. We presumed we would buy lunch in the airport and eat it on the bus to Fort William, we were told we absolutely could not do this and that there would be 'loads of food later in FW'. We didn't get to FW until 6pm having all missed lunch. Our guide Graham who was an independent mountain guide was knowledgeable and the highlight of our trip, setting the pace so we could achieve our goal. We were told our food would be provided in between climbs. When we finished Ben Nevis we had a small bacon sandwich and a cup of tea which was nice but insufficient for the calories just burnt. We then went on to Scaffeld Pike and had the worlds smallest bowl of porridge before and after. Prior to Snowdon we were offered no proper food before or after, we were all absolutely starving to the point of feeling unwell. There were chocolates, sweets, cereal bars and lucazade on offer but totally not what you need when making such big climbs. I was absolutely dying for some real food, a simple pasta salad or warm soup etc. We weren't allowed to eat any food from service stations in the bus so we couldn't even buy our own. This totally ruined what could have been an amazing adventure. It was quite frankly also dangerous, one of our group was vomiting due to the exhaustion and lack of real food, how one of us didn't collapse I have no idea. 7 of us are fit and experienced walkers, the walking was not the issue, we made the times easily. I wouldn't recommend any of these mountains at night without a guide so I wouldn't suggest going it alone but I would absolutely not go with this company. The bus was too small for the size of our group, no room to get out of wet clothes or stretch legs out. The staff had 2 seats each in the back and one laid out across the whole back seat! They were not even walking . The customer service was beyond shocking. Nobody checked in with us to see if we were OK at any point.

Dont bother, tried rearranging, no response to numerous emails. Plenty of other companies to use.

Had a very poor experience with some of their guides and other staff. Terrible customer service when we got in touch with a complaint. Would recommend looking for another company or independently hiring any drivers or guides you might need.
