Greeted with a warm, welcoming smile. Staff were very attentive even though they were very busy, nothing seemed too much trouble. fFood was outstanding. We will definitely be visiting again. Dietary restrictions: Their menu clearly showed all dietary details to each dish.

Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options usually with tofu. Parking: Limited spaces on the street but spaces available in local supermarket carpark and paid carparks.

Saphan Thai is a real hidden gem. In Aberystwyth established restaurants like Medina get all the attention, but this place is not to be missed. The menu is street food-themed, with a range of noodle, rice and soup dishes to choose from, along with plenty of starters and sides. I had a spicy noodle dish called Pad Kra Prow which was genuinely delicious! The service was very prompt and friendly, with staff going out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable, even going to the effort of demonstrating different chopstick technique! I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you Saphan Thai for a lovely evening!
