A woman behind the counter acts and give a fake smile like she's been helpful but she's not. She always comes back with a negative response whenever I go to the post to pickup something. She never finds it. It's like she just wants you to keep coming back!
It's over a month now that i used their service and my friend is yet to receive the package and tracking it for me is a problem to them.
