Consistently bad. Ive tried putting scripts in two weeks in advance but they are still never ready on time and often really rude and unhelpful. Have run out of important medication several times because of this. So stressful and affects health. Really really poor :(

Went in last week to get painkillers and was prescribed ibuprofen and 12mg codeine. I have since found out it has MAJOR interaction with my meds and can cause internal bleeding. Luckily Ive been ok. My husband was asked what meds I was on today when he went to get more by my a different pharmacist and we found out it should n been prescribed. May be best checking yourself before trusting a pharmacist. When spoke to the manager to complain he said its a judgement call And we can have a word with the deputy ourselves. So unprofessional.

waited in a long que to be told i can't have my perscription. come back tomorrow, er what drive another 40 mile round trip to pick it up because you are to lazy to get it off the shelf.

Very rude and blunt to my son who collected my medication on Sunday the 21/08/2020 I don't think any body must take this short of welcome when they are collecting medication from Morrisons My son had travelled 46 miles round trip to collect my medication

Shocking my prescription is never on time they have miss placed one of my prescriptions and never answer the phone rather rude!
