The actual optician is very good and friendly, but thats were all the positive stops. Customer service from the floor staff members is almost non existant. Girls have constant attitude whenever you talk to them in person or over the phone. The male staff just too busy chatting with their friends who came in to see them.(This is from my last visit to this store). I spend over 30 minutes choosing glasses and felt super uncomfortable asking for help. I really should of just walked away there and then. After I spent almost 300 on a pair of glasses,nobody informed when they are ready, and cherry on the cake was that i HAD to make another appointment to get the altered. Its absolutely absurd. I suppose you can make standard "covid" excuse or something, but i shall not be returning.

Very unsatisfactory, I took glasses in for repair and was told it would take 2/3 day and they would let me know when ready after 3 weeks I rang them to see if they were ready and they said yes so went down next day and to my disappointment I don't think they had done anything apart for put a screw in arm that was to long and len were covered in finger prints. They were supposed to put new hinge on lens so after complaining and waiting 15mins to sort out I was told the man who does repair would be in Monday and could I leave with them till then so still no glasses, very poor service.

Excellent service, went I with loose arms on glasses, a lady fixed it in few minutes and free of charge
