I have purchased my Skoda Kodiaq from Wynford Williams. Tom and Wynford were very helpful from start to finish and advised me though my finance options. Tom was extremely knowledgeable of what car to purchase and sourced the Skoda for me. Since my purchase i have returned to have the car serviced and was assisted by Nicola who was also very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process of the aftersales service. I would highly recommend Wynford Williams Cars to anyone who is looking to purchase a car.

Here we go! I approached a guy called Tom about a vehicle, he was immediately stand off ish, told me it was sold as seen, no attempt to prepare for sale the vehicle on their forecourt. He did offer me a test drive which I did and loved the vehicle. I returned on the ax Monday and shook hands with the owner on a deal at 18200.00. This is where it gets interesting, whilst sat going through the paperwork they messed up the finance proposal and put my income down at 15k, they then told me I could go and they would call me later. 3 days later.. I called them. The wet Oman said Id been refused finance, unsurprising as they had my income at 15k, they lied and said that that wouldnt affect it, when I spoke to my broker he said it really would! They said that there was something on my credit score, I asked my broker to check, my score came back at 867/1000, to enlighten you, thats very good/excellent. So I got straight onto my bank, they said certainly sir and I had the money same day, as Id told them it was for a car loan they asked for the details of the car. I then phoned Wynford Williams, they ( Nicola) said they would email it straight over. Again nothing.. so I emailed them. Im trying to upload the reply but basically its that they only accept cash or their own finance, no money from a loan to an individual. They were rude, ignorant and if Im honest the owner was a bit racist and the toilet is not for customer use even though they expect you to die there for shes whilst they do the paperwork. The lady was inept and the whole experience was horrid. Do not use this company Im sending the email reply to the ombudsman.

I purchased my Nissan Juke last year and the customer service I have had has been excellent. From the inital outset of the sale to the after sales service and organising recently a full service and MOT. I would recomend Wynford Williams Cars to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
