        Stopped by to pick up some lamb cutlets, which I trickily wanted French trimmed. The butchers took an unbelievable amount of care to trim them how I wanted and ensure they were exactly to my preference. The cutlets were marbled beautifully and cooked up to be the best lamb Ive ever had. Of course, eating lamb in Wales should be delicious but the quality of the meat from Robs is unrivalled and very thankful for such careful service!
