I had a query and within seconds (and I mean literally seconds) Gary called me in response. Very impressed with overall ethos of the company. The transaction was fluid and was kept up to date with delivery etc. The strap arrived a day earlier than expected so bonus. Would not hesitate to purchase from these guys in the future.         Ordered a Vanguard rubber strap for Tudor Black Bay Chrono, arrived 2 days later via Royal Mail tracked delivery. Fitted in 20 minutes. Really excellent strap. High quality and very comfortable. Fits the watch lugs absolutely perfectly (as good as OEM) and excellent length for my mid-size wrist.
