        Highly recommend using Philip Evans Estates! Bethan and the team looked after my property for 3 years and did a superb job! The property was always kept in fanatic condition internally and externally with regular checks. They consistently communicated back to me in the event of an issue / breakdown, and the team was always there within a couple of hours to rectify. Any work carried out to the property was always to a high standard by the team of experts and at a very competitive price every time . I wont hesitate to use Philip Evans Estates when I buy again in the area.

        I rented on and off for about 10 years with Philip Evans as a student and professional, with them being excellent every time. The staff are lovely and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to live in Aberystwyth.
