Some aspects of the service ard adequate / good and staff go beyond and give back. Other aspects are worse than poor. And for that reason this rating is given.

Submitted a noise complaint as we had neighbours playing loud music all night along with their dog barking all day. My family hadnt slept in months. Dwynwen Leonard dealt with our complaint and her response was that people can do what they want in their own homes. She did not care one bit that we had not slept for work in months. She was also incredibly rude and huffed at me constantly on the phone when i tried to explain this to her.

If I could give them less than one star I would. No wonder our council tax is so hi.

The decision to slaughter the lynx which had left the zoo to explore the wider area will prevent me from ever holidaying in this area again. The cost to your tourist industry far exceeds the alleged cost of a couple of lambs.
