We had our Hyundai I40 service at Sinclair's at Aberystwyth, we found the staff to very professional, friendly and really helpful. The facilities to wait in were excellent, clean, tidy complete with hot drinks and biscuits. The video of the service was amazing, it was good to see such transparency, top marks to Sinclair's for that innovation, it made such a difference. In fact, it made having the car serviced a pleasure; so much so, we recommended it to our son, and when he visited he took his I20 there rather than have it serviced in England! Well done to the staff and Sincalir's for your ethos, excellent. Could not rate them highly enough. Ann Hawkes.
