My son had to have a tooth pulled out today after a traumatic experience in our usual Dentist. They made him feel so calm, and respected. The dental nurse was brilliant at talking to my son, and just brought a real calmness to the room which helped me and my nerves too!
The Dentist himself was fab, funny, and had his tooth out in about 5 minutes without my son having any clue it had even been done!
I can't thank them enough. Wonderful job and lovely people.
