        Very unhappy I like to use Argos because if you ever have a problem you can take an item back I purchased some non-stick pans recently but have found them to not be non-stick so I tried to return them today to find Argos will not refund me (even though Im within 30 days & have my receipt) because I have used them !!?!?!!?! I had to use them to find out they were not non-stick!!!! Not happy with the product & Argos refused a refund! I will not be shopping with Argos again

        Ordered it on line and picked it up three days later gave him the number of the email they sent me and got it straight away and had help putting it in the car what more could you ask for

        2 times they have messed up on my orders I've paid for 2 items online on Sunday and got them reserved for collection on the same day then when I go to collect the item today Monday turn out the one I reserved they sold it to another customer now I have to wait a week till I reserve my items what a joke the people have no idea what they are doing
