worst experience ever , claiming missed delivery when parcel has not left the depot on tracking , and why is my LOCAL depot over 80 miles away so unable to collect , the sender was closer to me than my local depot ??????

Again 5 boxes dumped at the wrong place and no information from driver to us to say where. Quinta Hall and OM are two separate buildings and sign posted. Get it right
