Very Poor support. Never answered any of my letters, complaining that my wife, whos had a joint account for 57 years (23 in Aberystwyth ) cannot see our credit account on her iPad tablet. It appears on my tablet. Why not hers? And this morning Ive had an unsolicited email from Halifax,s parent, Lloyds bank, boasting that theyve been made aB bank. Yet in practice they discriminate against women who share a bank account with their husband. HYPOCRISY!
