        Phone lines not open until well after 8:30 a.m., I don't mind being placed in a que but to have an automatic message saying the person you have called is currently busy is absurd! Answer your phone or even better have a system where you can book online.

        student nurse was antagonising and insisted i didnt need antibiotics ended up coughing up blood on my birthday and i had a bacterial infection that required antibiotics all along when i finally came to collect them after being called in to grab them i was left waiting for over an hour

        i'd give zero stars if it would let me. worst doctor's surgery i've ever come across, highly unprofessional, it really says something when you don't trust the doctors treating you, as for the receptionist's , don't get me started on them, totally rude and awful people on every front. if you need to register with a surgery, don't choose Padarn Surgery.
