        Medication due on the 28th went up today to pick up I was then told they do not have it and to go down to the doctor's which is 2/3 miles away for the doctor's to SHOW ME boots had signed for it on the 27th!! I have been trying to ring for the last half hour for the pharmacy to sort my prescription out which is a repeat and done by them every month, for them not to answer/phone off the hook I was 3rd in the queue and they done this exact process to the people in front of me! those people were also at the doctor's when I got down there and told exactly what I was told BOOTS HAD ALL OF OUR PRESCRIPTIONS! Absolutely diabolical!

        I went to Abertillery today as have two poorly children, any one who lives in Abertillery will know how difficult it is to gain doctors appointment, so went to visit a pharmacist at 1.15. All three chemist were closed for lunch, this to me seems really poor. I know that people need their lunch break, however for all 3 Phamacist to go to lunch at once seems poor service. How difficult would it be for them to communicate and stager the lunch breaks? Leaving 1 Chemist available in the village all day.
