Hastings Dr K

I have been a patient of Dr. Hastings for approximately 15 years & during this time I have received nothing but the best care & treatment. COVID precautions are strictly adhered to & I felt very safe when I attended today for an extraction (as a result of a broken tooth). It was a completely pain free experience. The Reception & Nursing Staff are always very pleasant & highly professional.

Dentists work is OK but his attitude is terrible. Looks down on you, very condescending, and makes you feel stupid for asking simple questions, rolling his eyes with a sarcastic comment. Receptionist, however, is very polite and helpful. The whole experience of going there could be much nicer if the dentist could act in a more professional manner when dealing with patients.

Superb. I haven't been to a dentist in 20 years due to really bad experiences with military dentists. A broken tooth made for no choice in paying a visit. The tooth was actually ok, however he found a big hole in another back tooth. I had an appointment today for a filling and TBH I was bricking it. All I can say is that I was put totally at ease by the receptionist, the dentist himself and the dental assistant. I have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice. I found the dentist Dr Hastings to be very polite, quite funny even but totally professional. I will now be making further appointments for routine check ups etc. I cannot recommend him enough.
