        Truly excellent massage. Lauren put me at ease straight away and I could tell she knew what she was doing as soon as she started, as she honed in on knots and issues. I wanted a relaxing massage, but also targeting problem areas. She didn't hurt me at all during the massage & it was so good & relaxing. I certainly felt the work she'd done releasing all the tightness and toxins the next day! Definitely made a big difference. I'll be booking another session soon. Thanks Lauren!

        I took my daughter to get a massage as she's been having persistent migraines. Lauren spoke to her and gave her a wonderful massage, explaining what she was working and why. My daughter came out relaxed and sleepy, and very happy. Definitely recommend.
