No options for 1 star . Sales person was lovely however what I was promised was not was delivered. Got my phone within a day which is good . Took over a week to get my number transferred . Had to call 3 times to get it done when I was told it would be 24 hours. Got billed twice , it happened too with a previous contract with them . . Got promised by the sales person this would not be an issue this time round but it did happen again. . Called customer care , he was unhelpful in that he left it up to me to sort out the refund myself with my bank which was time consuming . Asked for a call back from a manager as was unhappy with the service which I never received. Now Im getting calls from three threatening me with bad credit for the termination fee. I was promised by the sales person it would all be in hand and that there would be no issues . I understand this will be paid by get connected in time . However why am I getting calls from three threatening me with bad credit . I find the customer service team including a manager Lewis dismissive and condescending in attitude and completely lacking in empathy when I was explaining the stress from the issues that Ive had because of the lack of good service and care with my new contract. Very disappointed with the service especially the customer care team. More like customer lack of care .

I waited 40 minutes on phone before I got to speak with someone, then had to wait for phonecall from them to speak with an agent???

Had to cancel my direct debit. They phoned me up saying that they could change my contract from 25 with EE to 23 with talkmobile. This never happened. Took money from bank32 for talkmobile!!!!!!!and 25 +vat for my EE account. They never switched over to talkmobile just took my money. Have phoned the shop in Caernarfon who was very helpful and going to sort out the phone for me on Tuesday. Talkmobile telephone operator very rude and insisted that I had broken the contract.!!!!!!!

No option for zero stars! I was given a phone and sim card to try, no reception where I live even though they assured me there would be. Returned the phone within 14 days, suddenly get bills from Vodafone even though Get connected said they would cancelled the contact. Have now been getting threatening debt collection letters for the last year and a half. Phoned get connected over 8 times, every time they say they will be in touch and not once have they contacted me. Ongoing......... Avoid like the plague

Absolutely shocking service from what would appear to be on the face of it a scam outfit. Mis sold me a phone on false promises and then refused to accept return of phone with absolutely no efforts to resolves the matter. Will be taking the matter further. Avoid at all costs
