I am a regular customer and I must say how dissapointed I am with the quality of your fresh fruit, in my last few orders I have had Nectarines that go bad before they are soft enough to eat and I have tried the Bananas which were delivered three days ago that were so green that had to peal them with a knife and when I tried to eat one it was so hard I had to throw it away (again). DEFINATELY STEERING CLEAR OF ICELAND FRUIT FROM NOW ON.

In the last 6 weeks I have received items 1-2 days from their use by date including high risk non freezable products such as coleslaw and egg mayonnaiseand milk. Bread that isn't fresh enough for sandwiches and that developed mould after 2 days. I contacted Abergavenny iceland directly and was told it is their new policy to put nshort dated products in orders and it is tough. However I did call customer services and they say you do not have accept it and to call them if Aber don't help. Too much hassle so unfortunately I will no longer be using iceland delivery. Which is a shame as I do like tsme of their exclusive ranges. However customer service is a must for me and groceries are far too expensive to put oin the bin.

Good frozen food store. Added pluss, it has fresh and other household products and online and home delivery. As of April, you must show your Bonus Card to be eligible for the senior Tuesday 10% discount.
