        The change of staff during covid led to a real downward spiral in the speed and quality of service. Some staff are downright rude to customers, indifferent in their interactions and at times very slow in processing items. Such a shame as 3 - 4 years ago there was a friendly and efficient group of staff behind the screens.

        Fantastic !!!!! Great location , friendly staff , sometimes expect a bit of queue which is normal but it's a happy queue ! Tasty Tatoes 's the new Post Office relocated at Cibi Walk , Abergavenny.
