Ruth's approach suits me very well. Previously I was on a very restricted diet and a large number of supplements which threw my body out of balance. I am now on minimal supplements, getting the goodness I need from a more varied diet instead. My energy levels and mental wellbeing are improving. I would highly recommend Root Nutrition.

Absolutely improved my health seeing Ruth and following her recommendations I initially saw her regarding my diet and nutrition that was affecting my Parkinson's disease I feel so much better and the regime she set out for me has improved my Mobility and rigidity of the Parkinson's I was also having high blood sugars Ruth recommended i contact my Gp for a blood count and a diabetes test i have had the results today and i am in the high risk diabetes level i am being seen by a diabetic nurse this could of gone undetected which highlights the professionalism of Ruth and root nutrition i highly recommend her

Ive just completed the taster program with Ruth and she and her service were exactly what I was looking for to really optimise my health. Ruth took plenty of time to fully understand my goals and our chat actually helped to tease out worries and areas for improvement that I hadnt realised I had. After our initial consultation Ruth sent me a suggested meal plan, a list of recommended supplements and details of a cleanse and other useful steps. I felt fully supported all the way and I really appreciated how Ruth tailored the plan to my food likes/dislikes and life style. The follow up consultation after 6 weeks was brilliant for clarifying some discoveries Id made, asking questions that had come up and agreeing next steps. Now some 8 weeks after my first chat with Ruth I feel so much better. My skin has really improved and I definitely have more energy. Best of all I feel confident that the healthy changes Ive made whilst working with Ruth are here to stay and I have a better understanding of how to listen to my body and adapt my diet to help myself. Id highly recommend Ruths service whether you are dealing with complex health problems or just want to clean up and optimise your diet like I did.
