        Phoned about a service on my scooter but because I didn't buy it there. ( moved here from England) They aren't interested. Not really good customer services in my eyes.

        Lady working in there was very helpful and helped me find the correct wheelchair. My only complaint is that for a store selling mobility aids the access isn't great. The kerb is really steep outside and if I had been alone I wouldn't have been able to get into the store at all. A fully automated door would have helped no end as I had to navigate the door and the steep kerb while my husband had to try and stop the wheelchair tipping over. Also no lowered kerb outside meant we had to go further down the road in the rain to cross over. A few small things would help so much. No complaints about the store or staff itself though.
