I've used TCM on a few different projects over the years. I rarely take the time to leave reviews- but this family run business warrants a 5* recommendation. They've always looked after us with competitive prices for quality carpets, meet our demands with fitting times and provided an excellent fitting finnish. Showroom off Tudor Street has an extensive selection of display carpets and the team are very helpful. Support small businesses and shop local. Wouldn't go anywhere else for carpets!

I had a delivery of a double bed very polite and helpful the 2 men were they put the bed together for me and put the mattress on top brilliant service today I phoned up and spoke to the man who owns it and he helped me out a lot I would defiantly go there again as such a brilliant service with such polite people who work there and deliver and very good quality items too 5 star rating and 100 out of 100 of me I'm very pleased

Tom & his team completed fitting a Karndean floor & jump pack system in our kitchen plus a bedroom carpet last week. We highly recommend them as we received a 5* service. They helped us pick a suitable floor, their quote was good. The fitting & finishing was first class with no mess left. Will definitely use this company again

I contacted TCM late one day asking if they could help our school by donating the inners of carpet rolls for our school grotto. They got back to me straight away, and obliged! Not only did they provide a variety of rolls, they did it all free of charge, and packed them in to my car. Top customer service. Very polite. I have always bought my carpets from this company, and I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone. Great quality carpet, great service.
