The two guys that work there are typical techi nerds and I mean that in a complimentary way they look like laid back hippies but are very switched on and very helpful with a desire to help the customer and that's lacking in so many shops these days . Highly recommended.

Forget on line and Other retailers this place, and the staff - Ken and Daniel, offer a 5 star service with knowledge know how and a friendly ability to help. I've recently explored other suppliers due to my limited timescales but its Vision computers that were able to help. Highly recommended for ALL your computer needs and accessories including technical knowledge. Tip - Top !

I definitely cant recommend. They took my item in for repair which eventually they couldn't do, which is fine. However it took them more than 4 weeks to find that out. After 2 weeks I enquired and they said, sorry they Prioritise Business Customers and if I wanted to fast track it, I can pay a Fast Track fee. It was already 2 weeks in so I didn't see the point of paying for something that was already null and void (So cheeky to put it mildly, borderline criminal to put it harshly) as it should have only taken a week. There was zero communication, each time I was the one having to enquire as to the status. The state of the shop should have been a red flag, as it resembled a tip, they couldn't find my item at first amongst the mess and there were items piled sky high and the inside of the windows covered in condensation, which surely is not good in any electrical environment. All of this combined, for me, I found absolutely shocking, especially as any customer should be treated equally. So unfortunately it is a zero for customer care.
