don't trust these two faced rats! they will actively work against you, their job is to protect the corruption in the welsh senedd and the health board by steeling and destroy documents if you are challenging the local authority. this service is a scam set up by the local authority to cover up and give them plausible deniability for their criminal negligence

If you are having problems and need support this is a great place to visit. They support with housing, money matters, appointments and many other aspects of living with mental health problems. The service I have received is faultless and the mind workers have gone out of there way to help me have a normal life. Today my support worker changed and I am happy to say that the support I get is just as good.

I feel that I have to add to the review I wrote quite a while ago, I was grateful to MIND then and I am even more grateful to them now. Without the kindness and compassion from the amazing people of MIND especially people like Gail and Jaime, I would not have the settled life I live now. They provided so much support, not just to me, but our whole family, I simply cant find the words to thank them. Another family member needed support, which was delivered by Laura, Mark, Bernadette and occasionally others, they were amazing. Genuinely, I didnt know people like this existed. Organisations such as MIND never get recognised enough for the life changing work they do. I will never forgot the people who work for MIND Monmouthshire and the kind support we all received as a family. They gave us strength to cope, so anyone who is struggling, contact them because these people make a difference and more than anything else, they truly care. Mind has been a life line. Honestly, I dont know what we would have done without the help of Mind. A simple thanks just doesnt seem enough.
