        I went into the Abergavenny branch looking for something quite obscure to solve a plumbing problem. I was given a cheery welcome by all the staff. I was served by Vince, the manager, who took endless trouble, dismissing a number of possibilities along the way until he was sure I had the right thing. The bill came to 1.68. I went home, installed it and the problem is solved. Thank you. Vince. I shall spread the news.
