        I never envisaged needing to visit Women's Aid in my lifetime, but when one day my world fell apart and my Doctor referred me here for support. It was the most supportive place I've ever been. They treat you with dignity and respect, they provide you with resources, support, training - basically anything they can do to help you, they will. They treat you like family from the moment you meet them, they go way above and beyond and I will always be grateful to the wonderful staff at Women's Aid Abergavenny, especially Jackie who is just phenomenal. As soon as I'm well I know where my fundraising efforts are going #payitforward
