        At first these agents are nice to you but over time it became obvious it was all for show. I wanted to rent a place with them and had some questions about the rental agreement. The lettings team acted like I had no right to and never really addressed them. In fact I was told by one, that it was self explanatory and if she was the landlord, she would be reluctant to rent to me because I would be a difficult tenant. I called her out on it cause on the very agreement it says to clarify if needed. Had an appointment with that same lady and eventhough she set it up, she came almost an hour later. Considering I had to spend 2 hours to get there, she did not even phone to say she was going to be late. Very unprofessional staff. Avoid at all cost.
