        Went into the shop today. Female shop assistant came to serve me. I asked for a phone charger to fit a Samsung phone into a cigarette lighter of a car. Told most cars don't have cigarette lighters now. Asked what fitting I wanted. Answered as best I could. In short she was extremely patronising. I can only say she needs to work on her people skills. Walked into another phone shop and got what I wanted straight away.
