Rang at 8.28 for a cancellation bloods appointment, given one for 8.40. In and and out by 8.46....professional, fast service.

We are so lucky in Abergavenny to have such a wonderful GP service such as Old Station Surgery. Never fail to get an appointment or to be able to talk to a GP, staff are so friendly, most definitely a first class service

Very impressed with Station Road Doctors, nurses, abd staff. They have all been professional, efficient, and empathetic. I have multiple chronic illnesses and everyone in this practice has been enquiring and proactive with my care. I feel they really listen to my concerns appropriately. So happy to have found a surgery that cares. Highly recommend!

The service here is nothing short of Excellent. This practice has set the standard that others should aspire to. From our experience, nothing is too much trouble. Thank You - this review also includes the on-site pharmacy. Had both covid booster and flu jabs in early October 22. Very well run, it was like a sausage machine, in at one end and then out the other. Very efficient. This practice and its staff, in my view, are outstanding!! They even fast tracked our daughter, who has learning disabilities and was becoming anxious and the staff recognised that and reacted in a positive way to deal with. As parents, that meant a lot, so a big Thank You to the team.

I was at this Dr surgery for a long time but I found staff very rude.i moved although still Abergavenny they took ages to send my files over I also revived a rude text of one of the staff members saying do not Co. E to this surgery again. I was issued 2 different pumps by the nurse I. Old station who put them on my repeats since registering with new Dr surgery I was td they ain't on my repeats I'm now suffering Coz of it. My daughter went to old station today to soeak with pharmacy who was also rude to my daughter saying there's nothing they can do the amount of mistakes made in that surgery miss diagnosing my mother in law cancer cells were found 10 years ago but they didn't do nothing about it so we lost her in 2021 I'm absolutely disgusted with them all
