        Exceptional service, I was extremely pleased with the level of aftercare I received. Good selection of glasses.

        Had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment (despite the fact the store almost has no customers in branch on a daily basis) to be told when I arrive at the branch that there was no optician to see me and I should have been called over the weekend to inform me of the cancellation. Very poor service.

        I am not sure why someone gave them one star. Sian is absolutely wonderful, very professional and thorough. I had an emergency vision failure, and she fitted me in at very short notice, took over an hour for the thorough diagnosis, which was then confirmed by the ophthalmologist at the hospital. She was excellent and comes highly recommended from me.
