From the first appointment, it was clear Taylor & Co were well experienced, giving supporting but reassuring advice. Taylor & Co were tour clear favourites based on their friendly but professional communication. The marketing pack was fantastic, full of important information and the photos looked great. Communication was great from booking viewings, discussing offers through to having weekly updates of the sale progression and chasing of solicitors. Highly recommended.

My experience with Taylor and Co was as a buyer of a property they were advertising for sale. I would definitely recommend them to others. Without Taylor and Cos constant support I have no doubt that our purchase would have fallen through because unfortunately I had chosen conveyancers who turned out to be incredibly slow. But the team at Taylor and Co kept helping push it forward and overcome challenges. Every aspect of their service was perfect. The initial viewings were well managed with a great agent. Then they helped us consistently - always communicating rapidly (typically within an hour two which was brilliant). I couldn't recommend them more, and would definitely be using them for any future sales, purchases etc we might have.

Harriet at Taylor and Co is an amazing agent. She was so so helpful when I was vacating the property including even sending round her husband to change the battery in my smoke alarm as I Couldn't reach. She goes above and beyond!
