Lovely store. Very well supplied;) definitely a better experience than online shopping;) plus the ladies in this store are amazing, extremely professional, knowledgeable and very very friendly and polite!!! The staff are what makes this store so nice;) definitely coming back very soon;)

After buying the wrong sizes of 2 rings online (For xmas gifts) I contacted Pandora Abergavenny on the 4th Jan 2021 to find out if I was able to exchange in-store or would I have to return them via post etc. The manageress replied very quickly and was so helpful. She explained that due to lockdown, the store wasn't able to open normally or able to process exchange yet which I understood. She said she could put the new sizes that I wanted to exchange for aside with the note to contact me with any updates for when it would be possible for me to visit the store. The sales assistant in store was just as helpful as the manager I'd been speaking to via email. Very friendly and extremely polite. She sorted out the exchange for me then explained that my receipt and other info could be sent to my email instead.... By the time I walked back to the car (literally 5-10 mins) it was there :o). I am a very happy customer Thank you Pandora Abergavenny Store for Great Customer Service...
