I went to this beautiful boutique looking for a mother of the bride dress, I was amazed at the beautiful dresses and hats. I bought a beautiful dress and hat, the ladies were so lovely and so very helpful. I had a vertigo attack they were so very caring and understanding, so I would like to say a very big thank you to you all,I highly recommend anyone looking for an occasional outfit to go there. Again I just want to say a big thank you love belinda xx

Hats our stunning! Shop assistants not so! The young man serving on his first day clearly had no idea on how to serve a customer. He had a take away coffee cup in his hand that seemed to be permanently stuck to it and he continued to get hats from draws and around the store with one hand and wouldn't put it down for anything!!!! Not only do I think this is totally unprofessional when paying Alison Tod prices apparently a superior shop I would expect better. I don't think staff should eat and drink on the shop floor doesn't create the right image and lacks respect of a paying customer.

I went to Alisons shop in April in search of a hat for my daughters wedding and left the shop with a whole new outfit! Thank you Alison for being so helpful. Loved my outfit - would 100% recommend a visit.

I've just picked up my hat from Alison Todd. It is amazing and so beautifully made. The expertise and friendliness of Alison and her whole team is superb. They have made my Mother of the Bride outfit perfectly complete.
