        Contacted the Abergavenny shop for a quote for a wardrobe . The female rep was going on holiday for 3 days. I sent house plans and measurements . On her return I was promised a phone call at the end of Thursday . No call was received on that day or the next. We called into the Abergavenny shop. After a wait we called back to see the rep. I mentioned the lack of a call back. No apology just Ive been busy. Quoits given and a revised quote promised for Monday . Monday came and went after a week with no response I emailed to ask if she wanted our business . No reply after 2 weeks so I guess not.

        From the outside it doesn't look much, but there's showrooms on 3 floors. No lift. They can arrange everything you might need from plumbing and electrics to building works.
