It was so different from previous experiences that we have had when buying and selling houses. Yes, she has been thorough and professional throughout but what has made her different is the speed at which she works and responds. That, combined with her excellent advice, guidance & support, has greatly lessened the stress that we have experienced in the past, when using other firms.         My contact at R George Davies & Co was Penny Brandram-Jones who I have to say is the most efficient solicitor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was dealing with the purchase of an empty property and had it not been for hold ups and delayed responses from the vendors solicitor, we could have been in our new home within 3/4 weeks. Having dealt with many solicitors in my time with regards to house purchases and sales, I must say I found Penny to be probably the best I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Would definitely use again and can highly recommend.
