Amy has been totally brilliant in helping design and create our new website. It's not an easy task when multiple languages are involved! Amy listened to our needs and responded brilliantly to our questions (of which there were many!) and all our ideas. We worked with Amy on our re-brand following a merger and it has been a fantastic experience with the entire professional kidney community being really pleased with our new look. Amy got stuck in quickly, asked some great questions, did in-depth background research into our competitors and the marketplace, worked flexibly with our senior teams answering their queries in a timely manner and developed some really creative concepts to work with. She had so much patience when small changes were needed and different versions requested for visualisation. The mock-ups of potential marketing materials she added really helped the less design-savvy decision makers whittle down to a final logo. Great communication from start to finish, really quick turn around and responses to all our questions and amazing flexibility made the project better than we could have imagined. We are so grateful for the work and excited with our new brand and logo that really brings us in line with the rest of the kidney organisations in our community.
