        Tweaks required during bikes first outing. Staff were friendly and made time to make some minor adjustments so the remainder of my ride was comfortable. Knowledgable chap in workshop gave valuable advice on system id bought into. Appreciate it. Highly recommend.

        I recently visited gateway cycles looking for some advice on a problem I had with my bike , they not only looked at my bike and found the problem but they fixed it for me . I was very happy with the service and can't thank them enough .

        Fantastic bike shop! Really friendly, knowledgeable & patient. Great atmosphere - a real buzz in the shop, with people coming in & out. And the adoreable two shop dogs! Soo friendly! We were staying nearby, on our honeymoon, & the dropper seatpost on my mountain bike became faulty - luckily we were carrying a spare & Getaway Cycles fitted in the swap that very morning! Thank you guys!

        Absolute legends. Battery died on rear derailleur while on hols. Ordered a new battery for my e-tap Sunday night, picked it up Monday afternoon and they'd even had it on charge so i could pop it straight on the bike and get going again. Shop looked ace as well.
