        Overall very good but vet didnt know the legislation requirements for dog travelling to EU country. She did rabies vaccine as requested but with caveat he MAY not be able to travel on that vaccine. This info was incorrect as I checked after with OV.

        We had to take our much loved family dog here this week after a traumatic experience and we sadly had to let her to over the rainbow bridge. We were not registered with this vet and did not have an appointment, we just turned up at 9am! We were shown such compassion and felt like we were not a burden what so ever, when making the decision on what was best for our girl the wonderful vet mover her other clients to another room and gave us as much time as we needed! I felt like I could ask any questions and was answered truthfully and honestly. It wasn't about the money at all and what was best for pur precious girl. We then received the most beautiful card and paw prints in the post the next day,l. I can't fault the whole team at this vets and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or reccomend them to anybody. Thank yoy for showing us such sympathy and compassion at a very difficult time!
