        We had the Apex Surveyors Ltd RICS level 3 (full) survey done in 2023. The booking by phone was very efficiently and sensitively handled with a quick appointment. The 66-page report was emailed on the day of survey (helpfully copied to our solicitor) and the bound, hard copy arrived 48 hours later. It was incredibly detailed, set out very clearly and easy to understand. For issues requiring attention it will be a very useful template for builders, being so thorough. I had a useful phone discussion with the surveyor post-survey. I cannot recommend this wonderful service highly enough, giving the client the assurance of an in-depth, professional, independent appraisal of the property in question.
